Work Wear's embroidery department is staffed by full-time personnel with nearly fifty years of combined experience. Our technicians stand at the ready to embroider your garments with the utmost quality and care on numerous machines maintained to the highest technological standards. We are one of the few embroidery departments with the machines, skill and knowledge to embroider on rugged Carhartt. In late 2007 we doubled the capacity of our screen printing department. With our on-site graphic artists, the department offers highly creative designs printed with an eye to exceeding our second-to-none quality standards. Please be sure to double check all printing instructions when you are submitting your order. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the product (e.g. defective zipper, etc.) please contact us at 800-229-0988. Regarding all other items, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund (less shipping & COD charges) or exchange.
